As a cooperation we are committed to increasing the number of sustainable farms in Hawaii. The following is our mission to improve upon for our agricultural community.
Improve the quality of products and services available to farmers.
Resource products and services necessary to manage a farm at reduced costs.
Improve a farmer’s bargaining power and income.
Create new and expand upon existing agricultural markets.
Provide educational outreach and support to all aspects of agriculture.
“Our Vision”
Our vision for Hawaiian agricultural is to maximize the number of sustainable farms and reduce the state’s dependability on agricultural imports. Hawaii is home to 10 of the 14 geographical climates of the world, with roughly 1.3 million acres of farmland. This geographical advantage gives our islands a unique advantage to raise a generous variety of product that can fulfill a high percentage of our agricultural demands.
